Another (not amazingly good) movie that plays with this is Wrong Turn 2. Yeah, I know, but still-- our Final Girl is not who you'd assume. It also continues the newer trend of a Final Guy. I'm not sure how I feel about that one, actually.

The Final Destination series screws with this one, too-- in each of the three, almost everyone ends up dead, in increasingly bizarre ways.
