I never got to the possible breaking out part of bleaching...I kept it on for thirty seconds and started crying. :/ Have you tried those electric shock things? I am not really sure what they are, actually, but I know that Sephora sells them sometimes. They shock the follicle or something...it was a busy day when I last set foot inside a Sephora with them, so I cannot be more specific. (Anyway, I think they were like $200 which is a lot of money if you don't know what the results will be like.)
