Hmmm, reading the comments over at your LJ, it looks like I'm the only person who didn't think the wobble was conclusive.

Perhaps the screenwriters just didn't think about the kids' ages, or he'd just left less than a month before. It's not like the timeline was clear, especially since he could spend much longer doing his work than real-time.

That makes me feel less grumpy about the movie.
