This drink sounds lovely and I am intrigued. I have a yard full of violets, though they are not white-- I wonder if the purple violets will have a stronger flavor? It will probably not have that fresh light green color but I think I'm going to give it a whirl anyway!

I like that violet flavor--my grandmother always had a tin of Violet Pastilles in her handbag, so the flavor reminds me strongly of her.
