Lapsed Catholic here---yet I still mutter to St. Anthony when I can't fond something and he generally comes through--I am known to mutter 'Miserere nobis' when I hear an ambulance or pass a cemetery.

Fresh eggs are SO GOOD! I can never get over the richness of the yolks. I am waiting to see what sort of cocktail you will figure out to make from them!
