Hi, sorry to butt in, but I can't help but get excited when other people join in on the enthusiasm. :)

I could probably think of some stuff that you can do to tone up if I get more of an idea of what you can physically do. It sounds like you could probably try some light yoga/pilates poses, work with a light resistance band, small weights, and basic stretches. Let me know if you want some ideas!
