I can say, without a doubt that my guy friends who dress up as Spartans and M (especially when he's wrestling) get the cat-calling, too. It's not as common, but I know it makes them squirmy, too.
There was this one girl at D*Con who totally came up behind my friend, Mike, and fondled his pecs. You talk about scandalized. The poor guy.
