I just...the Jack having a kid thing seems totally unbelievable. That he was on the island for all that time and never mentioned him?

I thought maybe it was an alternate universe thing, like Locke still being with his lady and Jack getting his appendix out at seven. But it doesn't make any sense that he would just randomly have a kid in this AU, because that has absolutely nothing to do with him not ending up on the island.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking, was how does that have anything to do with island/no island? Especially since Christian died anyway.

Yeah, but Locke's father apparently never pushed him out of a window, and I can't figure out how the island caused that. It looks like there are weird changes in everyone's life but some events have to happen anyway. (Like Locke still being paralyzed.)
