So on Sunday night there was some spontaneous fat swimming. The way it works is that fat people put on swimsuits and get in the pool. Chunky dunking one might say. It's really awesome, affirming and fun.
When I was leaving the pool area I had some angst of potentially getting harassed taking the elevator while being a fat lady in a bikini. In the end I said "fuck it" and got on the elevator in my bikini & flip flops. Zero harassment. IT WAS GREAT.
