You're pretty much my hero, just so you know. Although I didn't realize until, like, just now that the plastic thing holding the legs together (which I figured I could leave on while brining) -- yeah, not just holding the legs together. It's also used as a pulley thing for the necks/heart thing still inside my turkey (which I THOUGHT were in an opaque bag stuffed inside, but that's not what that is). Which is still frozen inside my turkey (you said I could brine it while it was still partially frozen!). So I'm ice bathing it now. LOL LOL LOL MY LIFE.
