I always click it because I don't like going to my friends list and scrolling scrolling scrolling through a survey. Yes, I do read them, but sometimes I'm not in a quiz-reading mood... there are times I just want to see what someone's day was like (or whatever). So I clip mine to save space on other's friends lists. However, I do have a really fast cable connection, so I didn't think about how it would work on other kinds of connections.
