So, as a small question:
Transgendered marriages, too? I have really been wondering about the legalities of such either way lately.

considering that it doesn't matter what gender you are anymore, i don't think anyone would care.

i know in most states, the way it works is that you can only marry the opposite gender from what you are physically. so if you are an mtf and you are pre-op, you can marry a woman, but post-op can marry a man.
