*feeling stupid*

Because why? I thought I read something in the paper a day or two ago about the Supreme Court allowing gay marriages....is that why?

Yay for the Bay State!

Heehee, I wonder what my stupid history teacher will say tomorrow. Maybe he'll be wearing a "Bush-Cheney 2004" t-shirt and a Yankees hat just to prove to everyone that he hates Massachusetts.

So, as a small question:
Transgendered marriages, too? I have really been wondering about the legalities of such either way lately.

considering that it doesn't matter what gender you are anymore, i don't think anyone would care.

i know in most states, the way it works is that you can only marry the opposite gender from what you are physically. so if you are an mtf and you are pre-op, you can marry a woman, but post-op can marry a man.

Fascinating! I wasn't sure on the legalities... you know laws can be strange like that.

So... hurrah for states that don't have their panties up their tight, tight cracks!
