Also, lol, already decided I was going there a few weeks ago, apparently! Added this to one of my Wave convos about planning a Puff trip to NOLA after seeing this post, which includes ~the french toast~.
Those are the pictures I took when we ate there (twice. *ahem*). I can't draw, so I take pictures (they can bee seen on my Flick'r (http://www.flickr.com/photos/gairid/sets/72157622751290221/) account)
I love this comic; I'm printing it and hanging it on the fridge!
Also...here is one of the Oysters Delacroix:

We also left a little statue of Bastet for the goddess niche. The food was just fabulous and the drinks were lovely (I espcially liked my French Guillotine).
Oh, my Gawdess, it was wonderful! I split everything with my friend, so we each got to taste twice as much -- I definitely recommend this plan. I wish I had taken a camera, because it was beautiful & was the best food I ever had. Had raviolis that were so fabulous that I wished I didn't have to swallow them. And a sausage dish that I think was even better than my friend's wonderful duck pasta. I went to famous Gallatoire's on the same trip and this place wins, hands down in the best food show-down!
