Starting in the next academic year, the Board of Trustees has made the following change to the core requirements for graduation at Cupid College. We have addded Matchmaking 101: Avoiding Common Mistakes to the mandatory curriculum for Freshman, and will no longer accept a 4 or 5 on the Advanced Placement test in this subject as previous. The course lays a foundation for our students which prevents common professional errors, such as choosing inappropriate romantic matches for their chosen subjects, after several complaints in recent years of lonely farmers suddenly becoming very much enamored of their livestock and one case of a young woman in Memphis, TN, falling in love with an empty Dorito bag. We hope that requiring an in-depth look at the pitfall of ill-planned matches will address these community concerns. |

Do any of these sound familiar?
--Do your parents ask if all you ever think about is members of the opposite sex? (Or the same sex, if that is how you roll?)
--Do you try to set your parents up on blind dates at every opportunity? Including ones when they accuse you of thinking about nothing but dating?
--Are you the member of your group of friends who acts as the go-between to ask cute boys or girls out on dates when they are too shy to do it themselves?
--Do you often spot attractive potential boyfriends and girlfriends for your single friends from across the room? Do you make them aware of these potential romantic interests?
--When you meet an attractive boy or girl, are you eager and excited to discover things you have in common? Even if it is your taste for Swiss cheese or the fact that you have both had paper cuts?
If you answered "YES" to any of these questions, Cupid College may be right for you!
