Because it is New York City. And usually also because you do not have too much use for used condoms.

Nope, no one did (to the best of my knowledge, at least). Not to say that there weren't times I wasn't the slightest bit tempted....but I have really bad aim with anything but firearms/crossbows so I would have just missed anyone I was trying to hit :)
