They're characters from quizzicalsphinx's RPG that I play in. The first one is my villain character, Admiral Alexandre Romain, the second one is evilprodigy's character and mine, running from Nazis whilst stealing the Holy Grail. They didn't really do this in game; it's just the Indy reference for the picture.
