i'm imagining the firespiders being like the birds in the birds. or something. like a suspense movie thing.

shot: ev unlocking his door.

shot: one crawls out from under a door and scuttles away.

shot: ev picks something up from his desk.

shot: three or four firespiders hiding under whatever he picked up.

blah blah blah, ev does stuff.

shot: ev goes sleepy-bye.

shot: swarm of firespiders crawl out from under the bed. like, hundreds of teeny tiny firespiders.
